Overview:
Williams provides precision scanning services via our Vexcel
VX4000HT photogrammetric scanner. This scanner has the following features:
- Resolution from 7.5um - 120um (3400ppi - 210ppi)
- Monochrome & 24bit Color
- 1/3 Pixel RMS
- 10" x 20" scanning area
- Scans negatives and diapositives
Quality
Williams has again taken the extra step in quality assurance. Williams utilizes an application to graphically, in real-time 3D, view vital statistics of each scan, including RMS
values. Shown right, this software will quickly point out problem areas within a scan. Problem areas, such a
fingerprints on the scanning surface, are rendered red in the 3D model.
